What is this settlement about?
The Plaintiffs allege that the Defendants engaged in an unlawful agreement to fix the prices for Granulated Sugar in the United States. To implement their price-fixing conspiracy, the Defendants allegedly exchanged detailed, competitively sensitive, non-public information about Granulated Sugar prices, capacity, sales volume, supply, and demand. As a result of the alleged unlawful agreement, direct purchasers in the United States and its territories paid supra-competitive prices for Granulated Sugar sold by the Defendants listed below.

All direct purchasers of Granulated Sugar from the Producing Defendants in the United States, beginning January 1, 2019, to the present (the “Class Period”).
