The Plaintiffs claim that the Defendants entered into a conspiracy from at least 2009 to the present to fix, raise, maintain, and stabilize the price of pork. They are accused of coordinating output and limiting production with the intent and expected result of increasing pork prices in the United States.

You are a member of the Direct Purchaser Settlement Class if you purchased pork directly from a Defendant, named above, in the United States between June 29, 2014 until June 30, 2018.
