SOC2 CERTIFICATION

Class Action Refund is a System and Organization Control 2, certified company. This means that we adhere to the industry auditing standard for service providers. We report to our auditors on various organizational controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy. The standard for regulating these five issues was formed under the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) Trust Services Principles and Criteria.

Maintaining SOC 2 compliance certification means that we have to successfully complete each independent audit by an independent certified public accountant who determines that our organization has the appropriate SOC safeguards and procedures in place.

Maintaining the integrity of the processes and practices we have established within the SOC 2 framework requires certain levels of oversight across our organization and is key to maintaining certification. Particularly maintaining oversight that entails monitoring unusual system activity, authorized and unauthorized system configuration changes, user access levels, and the like.

While SOC 2 compliance isn’t mandated in the Claims Management industry, we believe in managing our client relationships and their data in an ethical and principled manner. The controls are a series of standards designed to help measure how well a given service organization conducts and regulates its information. The purpose for our SOC 2 certification is to provide confidence and peace of mind to our clients concerning their sensitive data and interests. Your Data is Safe with Us!
